2022 Bryterlater 'Brambles' Chilled Red 20L Keg

Brambles is James' chilled red blend, a riff on the original 2020 Brambles if you will. 

A blend of Syrah, Pinot Noir and Riesling, made in a manner of different styles to come together as one, delicious, textural, fruit driven light/chilled red.

The heart of the cuvée is Syrah, carbonic macerated with Riesling pressed atop once fermentation had commenced. Blended together from a combination of amphora and barrel fermented Syrah/Riesling, along with direct-pressed (white) Riesling and carbonic macerated Pinot Noir.

Altogether this is a fruitful, refreshing red blend with a depth of flavour; cherry, raspberry, spicy. 

Unfiltered, unfined (vegan), contains minimal sulphites.

Delivered in a 20L Wine Diamonds stainless steel keg with a D-type fitting (typical beer fitting). Please use Nitrogen to dispense this wine. Any queries on the best setup for these kegs please contact us.
